DR. ANDRÉS LOZANO
We offer comprehensive ophthalmology and oculoplastic care, with thorough evaluation and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. We have diagnostic equipment and complementary studies available on-site.
Ophthalmology
During your visit, your visual acuity, refraction, and intraocular pressure will be checked, and then your eyes will be examined in detail to find or rule out eye conditions.
If imaging studies are required, they can be carried out right here in our facilities.
At the end of the consultation, the findings and treatment options are discussed with the patient.

Oculoplastics
The oculoplastic assessment involves a careful examination of the external appearance of the eyes. Symmetry, eyelid movements, position, laxity or firmness, and the skin are all analyzed.
Skin lesions are examined, such as elevations, changes in pigmentation, or tumors.
At the end of the consultation, a diagnosis is given and a treatment is proposed; this can be medical or surgical.
Botulinum toxin (Botox®)
Botulinum toxin can be used for cosmetic purposes to soften expression lines in the upper face, as well as for certain functional conditions around the eyes, such as blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm.
Treatment is individualized according to each patient's anatomy, needs, and goals.

Surgery
Oculoplastic surgery encompasses aesthetic, functional, and reconstructive procedures of the eyelids, orbit, and tear ducts.
Each treatment is planned individually, taking into account both the problem to be corrected and the proper function and protection of the eyes.
Blepharoplasty allows for the improvement of excess skin and bags under the eyes, seeking a more rested and natural appearance without unnecessarily altering the patient's features.
Procedures are also performed to correct eyelid ptosis, entropion, ectropion, tear duct obstructions, eyelid lesions, and other alterations that may affect the function or appearance of the periocular region.
The indication for each surgery is determined after a complete assessment, in which the anatomy, symptoms and particular needs of each patient are analyzed.
